If you have been holding out for the Motorola Moto G4 in order to pick your next smartphone, then there is a good news. The phone has now gone on sale in India for a price of Rs 12,499. Just like the Motorola Moto G4 Plus, the G4 is also an exclusive product to Amazon India and can be picked up without any registration or flash sale. Both, black and white units have been put on sale, so if you want to be picky and choosy about the colours you can totally afford to do that.
The device comes with exactly the same specifications as the Moto G4 Plus, though there is no fingerprint scanner on the front here. Not just that, the rear camera is 13MP, about 3MP shorter in comparison to the 16MP sensor on the Motorola Moto G4 Plus.
Other than this, you get the same Snapdragon 617 chipset and 2GB RAM on the G4. There is 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded using a Micro SD card. The phone supports Dual SIM cards and runs the latest Android Marshmallow OS on it. Since Motorola releases phones largely with stock Android feel, you can expect it to be one of the first devices to get Android N when it is released.
There is LTE connectivity on board too and the phone is powered by a 3000 mAh Lo-Io battery, which cannot be removed. If you are interested in a budget device, the Motorola Moto G4 is definitely a phone you could consider. To purchase the phone, you can go to the Amazon store here.
